We undertake to provide our Services as per the images and instructions submitted by clients. Initially the submission is accepted by us, then we will start working and deliver the edited images to the clients within a limited time frame as described in the order summary before the order is placed.
Before you begin setting up your account with Photo Editing Service (herein referred to as “we”, “us”, or “Photo Editing Service”), please read the following Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”) carefully. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Photo Editing Service’s website (“Website”) and service (“Service”). The images you have provided to us and the imitative edited or retouched images from your submission are / will not be accessible publicly, unless you have explicit consent to grant us your permission to publish your images in promotional materials or our online portfolio. You may contact us to delete the images that you have submitted to us at any time.
You will be required to use a personal password to access your data on the Website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and, accordingly, will be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including activities of others to whom you have provided your account information.
We use third-party payment processors (“Payment Processors”) to process your payment for use of the paid services. The processing of payments may be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the Payment Processors in addition to this Terms of Service. We are not responsible for any error caused by the Payment Processors.
Revision requests are time-bound. We provide free revision requests within 14 days from the date of order delivery. When the order is approved or automatically closed, you are still able to request a free revision within 14 days from the date of approval.
In the event of dissatisfaction, we will provide a partial or full refund of your payment, subject to the restrictions described below. The refund policy is only applicable before the order is approved or until up to 14 consecutive days from the date the order is approved by you or closed automatically by Photo Editing Service system.
You may end your business with Photo Editing Service by ceasing to use the website and requesting closure of your account at any time. Photo Editing Service reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate, refuse or suspend Service to anyone for any reason, with or without notice. You agree that if your account is terminated, you will not attempt to establish a new account under any name, assumed or real.
As this Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. You should periodically review it to keep abreast of our plans and procedures. Your continued use of the Website and Services constitutes your agreement to this Terms of Service and any updates. Any violation of these provisions may result in termination of your account.
Photo Editing Service is committed to protecting photographers’ copyrights and expects users of the Service to do the same. Each image submitter is required by US law to own the right to, or to obtain permission to, use any image before the image is uploaded or printed at Photo Editing Service. At Photo Editing Service’s discretion and in appropriate circumstances, Photo Editing Service may terminate the accounts of users or prevent access to the Service by users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
