The refund policy is only applicable before the order is approved or until up to 14 consecutive days from the date the order is approved by you or closed automatically by Photo Editing Service system.
Revision requests are time-bound. We provide free revision requests within 14 days from the date of order delivery. When the order is approved or automatically closed, you are still able to request a free revision within 14 days from the date of approval.
